SPORTS INVENTORS is the story of Mark Willoughby and Dan McGillen, a pair of modern day Thomas Edisons who have set out to invent new games and products that will revolutionize the sports industry.

From their humble garage shop where they have invented an astounding forty-two new sports products to the proving grounds of the American playing field, this docu-comedy captures these young inventors as they turn conventional wisdom upside down and challenge the professional sports world. Whether they are product testing a new invention, going head-to-head with other amateur inventors or sharing their inspired madness with a professional athlete, their journey is a never-ending struggle of quantum miscalculations and frequent trips to the emergency room.
